WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. IN STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES ONLY. REQUEST FOR IN STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES MUST MEET THE BELOW CRITERIA;
In store credit or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
No exchanges will be made on items that are damaged due to your error.
Exchanges will only granted if items are defective or damaged.
All items must be unworn and unwashed.
Original tags must be attached.
It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed (even longer after a launch).
You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges for international customers are not offered at this time due to the costs of shipping internationally, so be sure to order the correct size for your item.
If you're shipping an item over $50.00 you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our policy above and include reason for exchange and order number with the return.
We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will provide in store credit for the item returned.
If your item is damaged, please contact our support team via email for assistance.
We do not accept returns for Sale/Clearance items.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
