RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. IN STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES ONLY. REQUEST FOR IN STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES MUST MEET THE BELOW CRITERIA; 


  • In store credit or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

  •  No exchanges will be made on items that are damaged due to your error. 

  •  Exchanges will only granted if items are defective or damaged.

  • All items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed (even longer after a launch).

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges for international customers are not offered at this time due to the costs of shipping internationally, so be sure to order the correct size for your item.

  • If you're shipping an item over $50.00 you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

  • If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our policy above and include reason for exchange and order number with the return. 

  • We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will provide in store credit for the item returned.

  • If your item is damaged, please contact our support team via email for assistance.

  • We do not accept returns for Sale/Clearance items.

  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.

  • If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days
